Prior to MedPacific's incorporation, it had been operating as Global Medical Search (from 1985 through 2004) where it has recruited over 4,000 medical professionals and has successfully placed them in various hospitals and health institutions all over the United States .

Early on, we recognized the exacting demands of the medical profession and health care industry for highly trained and competent professionals. MedPacific anchored its early business on knowing the specific and individualized needs of various hospitals and health care institutions, and developing proven and tested processes to effectively meet demands for highly skilled medical professionals.
